2025 is off to a good start!

We began the week with River Otter sex and some great bird watching, then packed our bags and headed south for two weeks in Roatan, Honduras.

As you probably know by now, Peaceful Waters Sanctuary is my favorite birding spot. This week, however, it was the River Otters not the birds that stole the show. First they tumbled and rolled in the water while making more otters, then one of them watched the other take a long sand bath. After that the strolled down the path and out of view. It was awesome.

On Saturday we headed for Coco View Resort on Roatan in Honduras for two weeks of diving. The room on the upper right will be our home away from home. The sunset was the view from our deck last night. Fish Face of the Day coming soon. I think we are going to like it here.
