Project Quilting 16.3

The third Project Quilting challenge for 2025. This challenge called for using three different basic quilt blocks. While I did not find it very inspiring, I wanted to fulfill the challenge because I have not missed one since I started participating four years ago. I decided to make some place mats for our dining table that met the requirements. These use three basic blocks - Pinwheel, Square in a Square, and Shoo Fly, all of which rely on the even more basic Half Square Triangle.

Place mats measure 12” x 16”. Machine pieced and machine quilted.
