‘Tis the season

. . . for fun times with friends and family. When we first put up our Christmas tree, Koko ate one of the ornaments (just a bit of evidence remained). We deployed some of the dog fence we use when camping to insure it was a one time event. Our friends, Gary & Leanna, were familiar with the incident and gifted us this towel. It makes me laugh every time I see it.

Holiday festivities preempted birding, biking and diving this week. But, Christmas was one of our best ever. We had wine with the neighbors on Monday, dinner out with friends on Christmas eve, and spent Christmas day unwrapping gifts, eating interspersed with a trip to the beach, and chilling in the backyard next to my new fire pit. Koko, dressed for the occasion, had as much fun as we did opening her presents. A wonderful time was had by all. For more pics from this week around the ‘hood, click on the image of Koko below.
